I am an anthropologist with a master's degree in Communication and experience in marketing research and advertising. I have conducted extensive qualitative research for diverse product categories in multicultural environments and for multinational brands. During my work in advertising agencies and research firms, I worked for clients such as SAB Miller, Honda, Panasonic, VISA, Mazda, BASF, SL County, and Nestlé among others. My research in agencies such as BBDO and GFK served to develop or modify new products or campaigns, assess consumer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities and threats, explore and test new products, audience effects, insight development, etc. I specialize in the design and implementation of methodologies and techniques such as: focus groups, ethnography, interviewing, content and discourse analysis, among others. I am a published researcher and also lecture in universities and colleges in the United States. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and have a special interest for Hispanic Marketing.
